Located in Las Cruces, NM, the Pueblos at Alameda Ranch Phase 3 is a beautiful, private, gated community.  It is night sky friendly for starlight viewing.  It has a well maintained large pool and clubhouse.  The streets are paved and curbed.  There are two gated entrances, west and east.  The common areas are wisely landscaped with native plants.

Owners who are selling their property in the community must provide their buyer an HOA Disclosure Certificate in advance of the closing date.  These must be requested to the HOA Manager.  Title company and escrow officer contact information must be included with the request.  Further, buyers are charged a $108.31 transfer fee to set up their owners account, activate clubhouse/pool fobs, and set up their gate access code.

Anyone wishing to make renovations or additions to their property must submit their plans and explanation of the scope of work for approval prior to the start of the work.  Email all documents to pueblos3associationlc@gmail.com.

$  50.00 - Delinquent Account (30 days past due) late fee
$. 15.00 - Mailing fee for properties with chronic violations or past due balances
$  15.00 - Gate RFID Tag
$  15.00 - Clubhouse/pool fob
 
The HOA Fees & Special Assessment are billed together at the beginning of the year with the first half due by January 31, the second half  due July 31.
