Property Additions or Alterations
Owners who wish to make changes to their property shall prepare a request to design committee for review and approval prior to beginning construction. The documents should include the site plan with proposed improvements, an elevation, and description of materials to be used. Any alterations to the property should be in conformance with the design standards in the CCRs.
Gates
Entry gates to the Pueblos Phase 3 will remain closed at all times Except Sundays 12-4 to allow access for open houses.
You may enter the Community using your remote transponder device (clicker) or using the key pad located at both gate entry points. To obtain a clicker please contact Jill at 575-993-3397.
Both gates operate according to industry standards and open at a speed that cannot be altered. Nudging or bumping the gate to make it open faster will damage it. Vehicles passing through the gate are under surveillance.
Leaving the Community
There is a speed bump to help motorists slow down as they approach the west gate. It is important not to drive around the speed bump because the sensors in the pavement must have contact to open the gate. Simply drive up to the exit gate slowly. The weight of your vehicle will tell the gate to open. Stop and wait for the gate to open. It will shut automatically after you drive through. The sensors respond only to large objects such as cars and trucks.

Key Pad Entry
Enter * followed by your personal code on the keypad. To obtain or modify your existing code please contact the HOA Manager at 575-993-3397.
Guest Access
Guests may enter the gate after hours, they must use the keypad, scroll to your name which will be highlighted and press "CALL".
This will place a call to your phone, after you answer the call, but before hanging up, push "9" on your phone pad to open the gate. If you wish to deny access, enter # (the pound key).

Note: If you are leasing a property, you will need to contact the homeowner to obtain a key fob.
Parking
Overnight parking on the street is not allowed. Violators are given notices, repeat violators will be fined.
